What make me special? 

My aim is to serve you to the best of my abilities. I am fortunate to have over 24 years of full time experience in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.  I have sought to further my knowledge with education and staying up to date with the market.  One way I've done this is by becoming a certified appraiser to better help my clients with pricing of property. I also have a background in construction and construction techniques as a licensed general contractor.  My experience both renovating properties and building from new gives me unique insight for my clients as the consider both the quality of construction and future repairs and maintenance to their property.  

My purpose is to simplify the process of buying or selling property by using my years of experience. Using up-to-date and innovative technology, I find the best ways to save you time, money, and energy en route to you final goal. Ultimately, my aim is to serve you and your family over many years. The real estate journey is not one most people take all that often, so it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. It also happens to be the largest purchase that most people ever make, adding to the weight of the decisions. The journey is so much more enjoyable and successful when you have an expert that you can trust has your best interest at heart and helps you through every step whether known or unknown. 

Some parts of the process have become easier through technology, but I realize that every person has their own comfort level with technology so it is not a requirement.  We will utilize whatever you are comfortable with.
