He met with a couple of contractors to get an idea if I needed to have work done prior to putting the house on the market.  He kept my very informed every step of the way.  Even though the market was in a slump, he was able to sell my home for more that the asking price and got me 2 additional weeks of occupancy after closing. He is an exceptional realtor who had my best interest at heart and has the knowledge and experience needed for the job.  I highly recommend Kevin and will definitely use him again should the need arise.
