I had explained to him over the telephone what I needed, which in this case was him to not only sell the house but also for him to get in professionals to do any repairs or cleanup that was required to facilitate the sale of my home. He made everything to go smoothly and sold my house quickly. His communication skills to me are his biggest asset and why he is so successful.
