We cannot say enough about Kevin. We had a house that we had been renting out and we decided we needed to go ahead and sell it. The house was a little dated and in need of some repairs. Kevin met with us and told us exactly what repairs needed to be done and which ones did not. He also recommended what we should list the house for without repairs and how much we should list it for with the repairs. We determined a budget that we were comfortable with and decided to go ahead and make the needed repairs. He coordinated all the repairs including painting inside and outside, new carpet throughout, new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and much more. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Kevin listed the property when the repairs were completed and 2 days later we had a full price offer. Selling our house was so easy; Kevin really went above and beyond the call of duty in handling all the details. We just showed up for the closing and that was it.
